This meeting followed the 16th November 2025 Special General Meeting that the committee classified as a delayed Annual General Meeting that under Club Rules should have been held in March 2025.
The delay of more than 8 months has primarily been identified as due to possible maladministration, possibly dating back to the middle of 2024, and the issues advised to members at the 15th June 2025 Special General Meeting.
This meeting will probably be best remembered for the fact that club members attending were asked to vote on a proposition expressing no-confidence in the club committee. a proposal that was passed by the majority of attendees without dissent from a number of members who decided to abstain.
